It arrives quietly — and one day, you realize something has changed.
That change is now unfolding within the DLG Training Department.
For years, efforts have been made to introduce structured learning opportunities for girls, alongside the academic support provided to boys of Grades 8–10.
This year, that long-held vision has finally become a reality.
👩🎓 Program Highlights
A group of 16 girls, aged 12–16, from five villages of Wadi Kandao are now actively participating in a structured training program focused on:
- Functional English
- Basic Computing
- Leadership Development

This initiative is not just a training program —
it represents a major breakthrough in female educational development in the region.
It is a step toward:
- Empowering young girls with practical skills
- Building confidence and leadership
